M AVREL ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT, laureate head of Caracalla right / SECVRITATI PERPETVAE, Securitas seated right, scepter in left and resting head on right hand; altar at her feet; S C in exergue. RIC IV.I 512d. Noted for accuracy: There is a rather large flan crack at 5:00 on the obverse and 7:00 on the reverse that has been filled with some sort of filler or putty and the obverse has been repatinated.
