FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantius II right, seen from front / GLORIA-REI-PVBLICAE, Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis seated half-left, right foot on prow, each holding scepter, supporting shield between them inscribed VOT / XX / MVLT / XXX in four lines; SMANA in exergue.
