Ex Heritage Auctions, Auction 231415 (10 April 2014), lot 62152.

Son of Philip I, Philip II was appointed Caesar at just seven years old in AD 244. Unfortunately, he died when he was only twelve when his father was killed by Decius' army in AD 249. His death is debated, historians arguing he was killed either on the field alongside his father or back in Rome by the Praetorian Guard.
