Julius Caesar. 44 B.C. AR denarius (17 mm, 3.66 g, 1 h). Rome. C. Cossutius Maridianus, moneyer. Laureate and veiled head of Caesar right; lituus below chin, apex (priest's hat) behind / Moneyer's name in form of a cross, A-A-A-F F in angles. Crawford 480/19; HCRI 112; Sydenham 1069; RSC 8. VF, toned, striking weakness. Nice portrait.
