Tu Duc 2-Piece gold Tien & 3 Tien Presentation Necklace ND (1848-1883) NGC,
1) gold "Five Planets" Tien MS63 NGC, cf. KM213 (Minh Mang), Schr-209.2 (Minh Mang). 18.5mm
2) gold 3 Tien UNC Details (Holed) NGC, cf. KMA440 (silver), cf. Schr-369B (silver). 32mm

A simply stunning presentation necklace featuring two Annamese Tu Duc gold coins (one holed, one with loops affixed to the edge). The pedigree of this piece is strong, awarded (supposedly by Emperor Tu Duc himself) to French Admiral Henri Rieunier for his efforts in Annam. The small gold Tien, graded Choice Mint State, uses a "five planets" design only seen on Minh Mang pieces. Remarkably rare and featuring deep orange amber toning fitting of a piece with so much historical value. The large gold 3 Tien best matches the dies of a silver 3 Tien piece of the same type of dragon design, from the same Tu Duc period. Though holed, for purposeful use in this special jewelry piece, the rest of the preservation is immaculate; soft mint frost coats the unblemished surfaces, as does the same magnificent rich orange amber patina found on the companion Tien. Altogether, a special, one-of-a-kind item with unmatched beauty and originality.

華美瑰麗安南金幣展示項鍊

1848-1883年嗣德通寶一錢、三錢金幣項鏈。NGC評級。

1）「五星」一錢金幣。MS63 NGC。18.5毫米；
2）三錢金幣。UNC Details (Holed) NGC。32毫米。

這條項鏈鑲有兩枚嗣德通寶金幣，令人眼前一亮。當中一枚為鑲嵌，另一枚則以圈固定於邊上。此項鏠之賡續傳承非同凡響，由皇帝（應是嗣德帝本人）賜予法軍將領Henri Rieunier，以表揚其於安南的貢獻。一錢評精選原廠狀態，其「五星」設計僅見於明命錢幣。此項鏠稀罕如鳳毛麟角，包覆著琥珀橘色包漿，歷史意義源遠流長。而較大的三錢金幣的飛龍設計則與銀質三錢的模具吻合，出自嗣德時期。雖然此幣被用作珠寶鑲嵌，但保存狀態無懈可擊。明淨無瑕的幣面富含輕淡的原廠霜感。而一錢則同樣包覆著無與倫比的琥珀橘色濃厚包漿。總括而言，這條項鏈實為獨一無二的珍品，呈現出無可匹敵的美感和原初外觀。
