Buenos Aires. Provincial Decimo 1823 MS63 Brown NGC, Soho mint, KM1, CJ-12.1. An uncommon Provincial issue that was also circulated in Uruguay.According to the article, La Primera Emision de Moneda Nacional en El Uruguay, by Ruben W. Vergara, "Las monedas que llevan las fechas de 1822 y 1823, circularon hasta 1827, en СЛУО: año fueron desmonetizadas por decreto de Rivadavia del 20 de abril de ese año." [English] The coins bearing the dates 1822 and 1823 circulated until 1827,
in which year they were demonetized by Rivadavia's decree of April 20 of that year. (Pg 7)
