Sharply Struck Premium Gem 1892-O Dime
First-Year O-Mint Barber
1892-O 10C MS66 PCGS. As the first-year O-mint Barber dime
issue, the 1892-O is generally more available than some later New
Orleans series issues, but the present Premium Gem is among the
finest PCGS survivors, save for a single example in MS67. Generous
luster and a bold strike prevail on both sides; the obverse shows
variegated rose and jade tints, while the reverse is several shades
lighter. Population: 9 in 66 (3 in 66+), 1 finer (1/13).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23DL, PCGS# 4797, GSID# 4346)
