1893 Barber Dime, MS67
Among the Finest Certified
1893 10C MS67 PCGS. Ex: Lily Nicole Collection. The novelty
of Charles Barber's new coin design seems to have worn off in just
its second year of use. While the 1892 is readily obtainable in
Superb Gem condition, the 1893 is very rare. This amazing example
from the current #1 PCGS Registry Set exhibits variegated shades of
blue, green, purple, and orange color with vibrant luster
percolating through the toning. The centers remain mostly brilliant
on both sides, and the strike is sharp. An unimprovable example.
