1894 10C MS65 PCGS. Autumn-gold invigorates the obverse periphery, while the semi-prooflike reverse is turquoise-blue and cherry-red. Well struck and refreshingly unabraded. Among Philadelphia issues, only the 1895 has a lower mintage. Population: 20 in 65, 7 finer (9/09).(Registry values: N991)
