Description
1895-S 10C MS 64 PCGS. As a group, the branch mint issues of the 1890s are the most conditionally challenging dates in the Barber dime series. While limited original mintages are partly to blame, heavy circulation obviously shoulders most of the responsibility. An original '95-S, this coin exhibits frosty luster quality beneath rich steel-violet and olive toning. With boldly impressed devices and smooth features, both sides have the look of a Gem. Population: 10 in 64, 3 finer.
