Description
1896-S 10C MS62 NGC. A deeply mirrored, cameo-contrasted example of this better San Francisco issue. Sharp devices complement brilliance across the interiors, while the borders display a light golden glow. Grade-limiting abrasions are remarkably trivial for the grade and eye appeal is strong. Census: 1 in 62, 4 finer (9/18).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 6/2014), lot 3591, which realized $1,410.
