1897 Barber Dime, MS67
None Certified Finer at PCGS or NGC
1897 10C MS67 PCGS. Strong mint luster rolls across the
frosted surfaces of this Superb Gem dime, one of just a dozen
examples of the issue to achieve such a high status with both
services combined. Neon-orange luster highlights the margins
surrounding the date, while teal, lilac, and silver-rose toning
blankets the reverse. The strike is impeccable, and the surfaces
are wholly unmarked except for a microscopic scrape above E of ONE.
