1899-O 10C MS64 PCGS. Golden-brown and forest-green shades embrace the borders, while the lighter centers are pearl-gray. This pinpoint-sharp near-Gem has satiny luster and an unperturbed appearance. The mintage of 2.65 million pieces appears plentiful, but Mint State survivors of this popular O-mint are quite scarce.
