Conditionally Rare
1899-S 10C MS66 PCGS. Lightly toned in ice-blue and
golden-brown hues with radiant luster shining through. The design
motifs are strongly defined, especially on Liberty's hair and the
lower wreath. Although the issue is plentiful in most grades,
Premium Gems such as this are very rare. Population: 13 in 66 (1 in
