1899-S 10C MS67 PCGS. Ex: Eliasberg/Simpson. This is a
Condition Census example of the 1899-S Barber dime, tied with just
three others for finest at PCGS. NGC reports a single coin in this
grade, also with none finer (1/24). Brilliant surfaces yield satiny
mint luster and well-defined design elements. A loupe reveals only
the faintest of marks on Liberty's cheek. Population: 4 in 67, 0
