1899-S 10C MS 64 NGC. This conditionally scarce issue is boldly defined with deep peripheral color and slightly muted surfaces. The few light contact marks are not distracting and none warrant singular mention. Relatively available in lower grades, the '99-S is very scarce in Choice and finer conditions.
