1900-O 10C MS66 PCGS. This turn-of-the-century New Orleans
issue is a rarity above MS65, and this Premium Gem is among the
finest examples certified at PCGS, with only a lone Plus-designated
piece arguably superior among its peers at that service (11/23).
Satiny ivory-white luster complements a bold strike, and neither
side exhibits bothersome abrasions. An attractive and pristine
