1900-O 10C MS 65 PCGS. One of the scarcer issues in the series and quite challenging in better grades of Mint State; in fact, also quite elusive for collectors of circulated pieces. The surfaces on this piece have thick, satiny luster, and each side is gently covered with pleasing golden toning. Some sea-green accents are seen at the obverse border. Population:10 in 65, none are finer (9/00).
