Description
NGC 1902-O MS 65. Sharply struck with satiny luster and streaks of light toning. A very scarce date that is much more difficult than its mintage of 4.5 million would suggest. Elusive in all mint state grades and especially tough in gem condition with only one other piece having been so graded by NGC and none finer.
