1902-S Dime, Lustrous MS66+
Only Two Coins Finer
1902-S 10C MS66+ NGC. Splashes of greenish-tan patination
visit the lustrous surfaces of this high-end Premium Gem. The
design elements are sharply impressed and neither side reveals
mentionable marks. The 1902-S is rare in this level of
preservation; NGC and PCGS combined report only 16 coins in MS66
and a paltry two examples finer. Census: 5 in 66 (2 in 66+), 1
finer (5/19).Ex: FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2017), lot 3847, which realized $4,935.(Registry values: N2998)
