1903 10C MS65 PCGS. RPD-002. Powder-blue and honey hues enrich this shimmering and unblemished Gem. A high mintage date, but few contemporary collectors set pieces aside, and the issue is scarce in higher Mint State grades. The 1 in the date is nicely repunched. Certified in a green label holder.
