    Description

1903-S 10C MS62 PCGS. The 1903-S is one of the dozen or so sub-1 million-coin issues among the Barber dimes, at 613,300 pieces. This MS62 example is certified in an early green-label holder, with deep amber-gold obverse toning complementing iridescent rim colors. The reverse is more lightly patinated. A few stray marks, including a small scrape below DIME, appear to limit an even finer grade, but much eye appeal is present here for the grade level. Population: 7 in 62, 42 finer (3/11).(Registry values: N1793)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23EP, PCGS# 4832)

    Weight: 2.49 grams
