1904 10C MS66 PCGS. CAC. While always available in lower circulated grades, the 1904 is surprisingly difficult to locate in the better grades of Uncirculated. The softly frosted mint luster enhances the emerald, rose, and blue toning seen on each side. Sharply detailed. Population: 11 in 66 (2 in 66+), 1 finer. CAC: 8 in 66, 0 finer (9/17).
