Description
Seldom-Seen MS66 1904 Barber Dime
1904 10C MS66 PCGS. While common in lower grades, the 1904 is seldom located in this superior state of preservation. Only seven pieces have been so graded at each of the major services with none finer (2/03). This is an unquestionably original coin that is sharply defined. Each side carries multiple layerings of moss-green, reddish-golden, and gray patina. It is notably free from the abrasions that usually plague this issue, and this series in general.(#4833) (Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23ER, PCGS# 4833, GSID# 4333)
