1906-O MS 66 NGC. While the New Orleans mint is not generally recognized as producing high quality coinage, this piece is a splendid example of the coiner's art. The satiny mint luster is virtually unblemished and both sides are covered with jade-green and rose toning. Exceptional quality. Population: 6 in 66, 9 finer (1/95).
