Description

Brilliant Gem 1907 Barber Dime, MS66 PCGS

1907 10C MS66 PCGS. A massive quantity of more than 22 million Dimes were struck at Philadelphia in 1907. Unfortunately, these were not saved by collectors in large quantities, as only a few hundred have been certified by both services in all grades of Mint State. This fully brilliant Gem specimen exhibits bright, satiny luster and a bold strike including most all of the detail on the wreath. A couple of minor abrasions are noted near the base of the wreath in the reverse field. A fine addition for any Gem type coin collection. Population: 11 in 66, 1 finer (11/04).(#4842) (Registry values: N1793)
