Description

1910-S Dime, MS66
Few Certified Finer

1910-S 10C MS66 PCGS. Ex: Lily Nicole Collection. Between the low mintage of 1.24 million pieces and the heightened commercial activity of San Francisco in the early 20th century, it is little surprise that the 1910-S dime is a condition rarity at this lofty grade level. This piece is well-defined, with vibrant luster beneath warm reddish-orange and plum peripheral toning that fades to golden-gray at the centers. Population: 14 in 66 (1 in 66+), 2 finer (2/15).
Ex: Internet Auction (Heritage, 8/2007), lot 24099; Baltimore Signature (Heritage, 3/2009), lot 911.
