Description
Superb 1911-D Barber Dime
An Excellent Type Coin
1911-D 10C MS67 PCGS. The 1911-D is one of the
higher-mintage Barber dimes, with more than 11 million pieces
struck. Attractive Mint State examples can be found, and it is only
at the MS67 grade level that this issue becomes rare. PCGS and NGC
combined have only certified 13 pieces at the MS67 level, and none
are finer (4/09). This is an essentially untoned example that shows
no noticeable abrasions, as one would expect from the grade. Rich,
satiny luster glows over both sides of this splendid type coin. From The Mark Miller Registry Set of Barber Dimes.(Registry values: N2998)
