Description

1913 10C MS66 PCGS. Ex: Duckor. The central obverse and reverse are fully lustrous and virtually brilliant, subdued only by light champagne toning. Lovely steel-blue, mint-green, and iridescent toning is noted around the peripheries on both sides. This "common" issue of nearly 20 million pieces is anything but at the Premium Gem level. Population: 32 in 66, 0 finer (4/09).
