Description

1913-S Barber Dime, MS66
Scarce Date, Few Are Finer

1913-S 10C MS66 NGC. The 1913-S has the smallest mintage of the S-Mint issues at just 510,000 pieces, which is also the second lowest mintage in the Barber dime series. This Premium Gem displays essentially brilliant surfaces layered in radiant luster on faint whispers of champagne-gold iridescence. Details are sharp save for slight softness around the wreath, and a loupe reveals only a couple of tiny nicks on the nose and cheek that define the grade. NGC shows just two numerically finer pieces (2/26).
