Description

1913-S Barber Dime, MS66
Low-Mintage San Francisco Issue

1913-S 10C MS66 PCGS. CAC. The 1913-S is a semikey date in the Barber dime series and one that excites many collectors far more than some realize. This cataloger recalls a coin club acquaintance years ago who made it a collecting goal to fill a full roll of the date in problem-free circulated condition. This Premium Gem is far finer than the average 1913-S, being conditionally rare at this level. Frosty luster and unabraded silvery surfaces complement sharp design elements. Population: 19 in 66, 7 finer. CAC: 10 in 66, 5 finer (1/19).(Registry values: N1793)
