Description

1913-S Barber Dime, MS67
Iridescent Colors, Frosty Luster, CAC

1913-S 10C MS67 PCGS. CAC. The 1913-S dime is a relatively well-saved and well-preserved issue despite its low mintage of just 510,000 pieces. Even so, Superb Gem coins are rare and neither service reports a finer numeric grade than MS67 (1/26). The present coin is one of the small group that qualifies for highest honors. Iridescent rainbow colors embellish the borders on both sides, with slight silver-gray toning accents merging toward the centers. Frosty and lustrous surfaces show no significant marks and a sharp strike.
