Memorable Gem 1897-S Barber Half
1897-S 50C MS65 NGC. The bright silver surfaces are lightly dusted with gold patina and are fairly prooflike, especially on the reverse. The effect on the obverse is dampened by some light powder-gray coloration in the fields. Marvelous cartwheel luster emanates from both sides, and the overall eye appeal is exemplary.
