1898 50C MS64 PCGS. A fully struck Choice half dollar that has a brilliant reverse and only a wisp of chestnut-gold and sky-blue on Liberty's hair. Although the 1898 has a mintage of nearly 3 million pieces, few were set aside, and near-Gems are elusive. Population: 44 in 64, 22 finer (8/09).(Registry values: N1793)
