Description

1902-S Half Dollar, MS65
Appealing Surfaces and Color

1902-S 50C MS65 PCGS. CAC. Beautiful silver and champagne-pink colors compete for territory on this lustrous and extremely attractive better-date S-mint Barber half. Minor strike weakness occurs at the upper-right shield corner and the adjacent wing, but there are few marks of any significance, and the generous luster and appealing surfaces more than compensate. Population: 5 in 65, 11 finer (7/13).
