Description
1905 Barber Half Dollar, MS66
An Underrated Date
1905 50C MS66 NGC. There are seven different Philadelphia
Mint half dollars that had a production of less than a million
coins. Among those are the well-known 1913, 1914, and 1915 issues,
the common 1892, and the 1896, 1905, and 1910, the last three
receiving far less attention than they deserve. This deeply toned Premium Gem has frosty luster beneath blue-green, lilac, and gold toning with nearly full design features and pristine surfaces. Census: 5 in 66, 0 finer (4/11).(Registry values: N4719)
