Description

1907 Barber Half Dollar, MS66
Registry Set Contender

1907 50C MS66 PCGS. CAC. As with most issues in the Barber half dollar series, the 1907 becomes conditionally rare above MS65. This frosty example is Registry Set quality. Exceptional preservation emerges from beneath warm champagne toning with a few russet flecks near the borders. The eagle's right (facing) wing junction is predictably weak, although the obverse is better defined. Population: 5 in 66 (1 in 66+), 1 finer. CAC: 4 in 66, 2 finer (8/16).(Registry values: N2998)
