1908-D Half Dollar, MS66+
Amazing Color

1908-D 50C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. Examples of this Denver issue with original patina, satiny luster, and bold strike definition can be obtained with minimal searching, though coins as fine as this Premium Gem are very rare. Design detail is about as strong as one may hope to find with well-struck fletchings and talons, and good detail on the right shield-wing juncture. Marvelous lime-green, golden-orange, lavender, and magenta toning graces each side. Population: 15 in 66 (4 in 66+), 4 finer. CAC: 11 in 66, 3 finer (8/16).(Registry values: N4719)
