1895-O Barber Quarter, MS66
Only Two Finer Coins at PCGS

1895-O 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Ex: Duckor. Despite a mintage of
more than 2.8 million coins, it is rare to find a Gem or finer
example of this challenging issue. A bold and beautiful Premium
Gem, this sensational quarter has frosty silver luster with hints
of peripheral gold framing the otherwise brilliant silver surfaces.
A few tiny abrasions on each side are mostly hidden in the devices.
The obverse has fine die cracks from the bust tip to star 13, from
the back of the neck to stars 1 and 2, and across the peak of the
cap. The reverse has a centered mintmark over the space between the
R and D. Population: 2 in 66, 2 finer (7/13).Ex: Los Angeles Signature (Heritage, 7/2009), lot 633.
