1899 25C MS65 PCGS. Ex: Friend. A lovely display of multicolored toning adorns each side of this well struck Gem Barber quarter. Deep shades of gold, sea-green, and olive-drab occur near the obverse and reverse peripheries. The lustrous, carefully preserved surfaces are nearly mark-free. Population: 20 in 65, 12 finer (6/08).
