Collectible 1901-S Quarter, AG3
1901-S 25C AG3 PCGS. Light to medium gray patina in the fields highlight the central devices of this '01-S quarter. All elements are outlined on the obverse, and portions of the ear and eye show on Liberty. The reverse central device displays a modicum of internal detail, and the rim has worn into one-half to two-thirds of the legend. The date and mintmark are both strong. The surfaces reveal a few of the expected circulation marks, but these are neither serious nor detracting. A great specimen for the budget-minded collector, that will fit comfortably in a low to mid-grade collection.(Registry values: N1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23YR, PCGS# 5630, GSID# 5432)
