Description
1901-S 25C Fair 2 PCGS. A key issue in the Barber quarter series, the 1901-S is avidly collected, even in well-worn condition. The rims and peripheral design elements are worn smooth in many places on this FR2 example, however the date, mintmark, and motto remain clearly visible. This piece displays even color on both sides. Not surprisingly at this grade level surface marks appear, including a slanting vertical line across Liberty's face.From The Wes Rasmussen Collection.(Registry values: N1)
