Description

Attractive Good 6 1901-S Quarter

1901-S 25C Good 6 PCGS. A fundamentally pleasing example of this most challenging of Barber quarters, worn past Very Good but with the Y in LIBERTY still visible. Gold-influenced medium-gray surfaces show deeper shades at the peripheral obverse and the inner reverse fields. A few wispy abrasions on the portrait are as expected for a circulated coin.(Registry values: N2998)
