1903 25C MS66 NGC. Trivial contact on Liberty's cheek is
barely discernible with a glass, and appears to be all that kept
this high-end 1903 quarter from an even finer grade. As it stands,
this piece is nonetheless among the finest certified of the date.
Just a tinge of amber-gold toning accents the satiny surfaces,
deepening slightly toward the peripheries. The strike is bold and
the overall eye appeal is comparably strong. Census: 4 in 66, 0
