Amazing 1903-S Barber Quarter, MS66
1903-S 25C MS66 PCGS. Ex: Duckor/Friend. Dr. Steven Duckor and Dale Friend each owned this amazing piece, including it among some of the finest of its peers in their collections. The date is rare and undervalued, and especially elusive in grades higher than MS65. This beauty has deep lilac and blue toning on the obverse, accompanying warm iridescent tones, and it is similar but somewhat brighter on the reverse. An outstanding example for the connoisseur.
