1908-D 25C MS65 PCGS. A substantial mintage of 5.7 million Barber quarters was accomplished at the Denver Mint in 1908, but few examples were saved and the issue is seldom encountered in high grade today. This well-detailed Gem displays well-preserved lustrous surfaces under shades of golden-brown, lavender-gray, and magenta toning. Population: 23 in 65 (1 in 65+), 15 finer (6/15).(Registry values: N1793)
