1909-O 25C -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. Unc. The final New Orleans quarter issue, the 1909-O is a semikey even scarcer than its low mintage suggests. The present unworn example displays faint powder-blue and tan-gold toning with iridescent lilac and lime shades at the reverse periphery.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23ZJ, PCGS# 5655, Greysheet# 5449)
