    Description

Condition Census 1909-O Barber Quarter, MS 66 NGC

1909-O 25C MS 66 NGC. Among the finest certified survivors of this conditionally elusive O-mint quarter, this frosty, mark-free example boasts unsurpassable originality. The obverse is essentially champagne colored with bright electric-blue toning about the rims. The reverse is similar in appearance with the addition of golden shades over the center and a halo of orange color about the denticles. A coin whose eye appeal more than complements its condition rarity. PCGS and NGC combined report only three examples at the present level with a lone MS 67 NGC example finer (2/00).
