Description

1913-S 25C --Improperly Cleaned--NCS. Good Details. The tiny mintage of 40,000 pieces is the smallest of any regular-issue United States coin of the 20th century, making the '13-S an obvious key date. This piece is typically well worn, like most survivors, and shows a few dark spots and several scratches. It is slightly bright from improper cleaning.
