Description

1914-D 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Frosty luster illuminates exceptional preservation on this CAC-approved Premium Gem. The eagle's right (facing) talons and the fletchings show strike softness, but the remainder of each side is sharply defined. Some amber-gold toning appears at the upper obverse and lower reverse borders, with olive-green dappled near the upper reverse. The 1914-D is conditionally rare this fine. Population: 10 in 66 (1 in 66+), 3 finer. CAC: 6 in 66, 4 finer (4/17).(Registry values: N2998)
